Captain |
| The Captain Posts entries at least once a week and is the only person onboard a starship able to start a mission. | ||

Commander |
| Commanders, usually bridge officers or the XO, are in charge of crew functions. any logs that are to be published are sent to him, along with updates biographies and and applications. must post once a week. | ||
|
   |
Lieutenant Commander |
| Usually in charge of a section of the ship (engineering/medical depts. etc.) will have teams of lower ranking officers serving under them. must post once a fortnight. | ||

Lieutenant |
| Various positions include being more than a sub-officer to a Lt. Cmdr. although most mean you will be working under at least one. Some have bridge officer posts. must post once a fortnight. | ||

Lieutenant Junior Grade |
| many work under Head of Departments (HoDs) although some, like lieutenants, have their own department that is not a necessity to the ship. | ||

Ensign |
| Fresh out the academy, ensigns create the backbone of any ship. not the most challenging place to be, promotion beckons... | ||
