| Notes: | Lt. Commander Steven Buckhannon is a Human/Romulan hybrid. His Romulan father defected to become a federation advisor, but was killed by an assassin before Steven was born. He was born and raised in Iowa, on Earth by his human mother, a Starfleet doctor. At the age of 18 he enrolled at Starfleet academy for the standard 4 year course. He graduated and was became an operations officer aboard the U.S.S. Rutherford. After serving aboard the Rutherford for five years he was contacted by Starfleet Intelligence. They were looking for young officers, they considered him valuable for spy missions on Romulus, being one of the few Starfleet officers of Romulan decent. He has conducted a series of covert missions in Romulan space. Recently the Romulan threat has died down and Steven has found himself working on other projects, including an experimental shield generator. He worked with the design crew and has exclusively been trained on its operation. He is going with it to the U.S.S. Constant to oversee it's operation. | |
