The U.s.s. Constant Website was designed primarily for IE users, however it is possible to view it using Netscape. 

Over the Years, several conflicts have arisen, which are outlined below.

'Linking to..', 'Bookmark' and 'Credits' buttons do not function

Rollover effects, used on front page and Games page do not function

Games Cannot be displayed

Authorized Only Section cannot be accessed

I am attempting to fix these problems, until then, please enjoy the rest of U.s.s. Constant

Before returning to the main page, the FRAMES section is designed for screen resolutions higher than 800x600, then NO FRAMES is for everyone else.
